OutaHere AI provides travel planning tools, AI-generated itineraries, checklists, and related account features. We do not operate as a travel agency and do not directly sell transportation or lodging.

The service may change over time, including feature availability, quotas, supported destinations, export formats, and integrations.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining account credential security and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected data, or abuse AI generation systems. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access for abuse or policy violations.

You may not upload unlawful content, infringing material, malware, sensitive personal data you are not authorized to share, or content intended to probe or bypass system safeguards.

5. AI-Generated Output

AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for independently validating travel details, safety guidance, prices, and availability before making decisions.

OutaHere AI is not medical, legal, insurance, or emergency advice. You should not rely on generated output as the sole basis for safety-critical or high-stakes decisions.

6. User Content and Uploads

You retain responsibility for the content you upload or submit. By using the service, you authorize us to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate the product features you request.

7. Shared Links

If you create a public share link, anyone with that link may access the shared artifact until you revoke it, expire it, or delete it. Do not share confidential or sensitive content publicly.

8. Availability, Limits, and Suspension

We may set usage limits, rate limits, storage limits, or temporary restrictions to protect the service and other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutaHere AI is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
