1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account and using OutaHere AI, including your email address, profile details, travel preferences, trip inputs, saved itineraries and checklists, travel test results, support messages, and travel images you choose to upload.

We also collect limited technical information such as device/browser data, log data, authentication events, feature usage, and security telemetry needed to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the service.

2. How We Use Information

We use your data to operate the app, authenticate your account, generate AI travel outputs, personalize planning suggestions, save your content, support exports and share links you request, prevent abuse, and improve reliability and safety of the service.

3. AI Data Processing

When you request generation features, your prompts and relevant travel context are sent to third-party AI providers to produce itinerary, checklist, and planning outputs. Do not submit highly sensitive personal data in prompts. Third-party providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

AI output can reflect the information you provide. If you share an exported plan or public link, the shared content may include details from your prompts, preferences, dates, destinations, and generated output.

4. Storage and Providers

We use Supabase for authentication and database services and Vercel-managed infrastructure for application and file workflows. Travel photos may be stored in private object storage with time-limited access links. Data is stored with technical safeguards such as access controls and transport encryption.

5. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies

We may use essential cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in, maintain security, remember core settings, and measure product reliability. If we enable non-essential analytics or marketing technologies, we will present notice and any consent controls required by applicable law.

6. Public Sharing

If you create a share link, anyone with that link can view the shared content until you revoke it, delete it, or it expires. Please avoid sharing confidential, sensitive, or personal information in content you intend to make public.

7. Account Deletion and Retention

You can permanently delete your account in Settings > Account > Delete Account. This removes your authentication account and associated app data, including profile content, preferences, saved plans, and stored travel uploads. Limited copies may remain temporarily in provider backups and logs for security, legal, and disaster-recovery purposes.

You can also request an export of account data available through the product. Retention periods may vary for security logs, fraud prevention records, and infrastructure backups.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including GDPR/CCPA regions), you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data. If you need help, contact us at support@outahere.ai.

Residents of certain jurisdictions may also have rights to object to processing, restrict processing, appeal certain decisions, or request information about categories of personal information collected and disclosed.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Processing

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

11. Children's Privacy

OutaHere AI is not directed to children under 13, and you should not use the service if you are under the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to consent to data processing for this type of service.
